  HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN PEACH SPRING AND VALENTINE. FLASH FLOODING CAN
  BE EXPECTED ALONG PARTS OF ROUTE 66 BETWEEN PEACH SPRINGS AND
  VALENTINE. FLOODING WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE ALONG DIAMOND CREEK AS
  WELL.
