  HEAVY RAIN IN SPENCER CANYON ABOVE BUCK AND DOE ROAD. VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ALREADY FELL IN THE CANYON LATE THIS MORNING, AND THIS
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL LIKELY SEND WATER OVER THE ROAD.
  
* FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF CENTRAL
  MOHAVE COUNTY.
