* AT 636 PM MST...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS WEST CENTRAL COCHISE
  COUNTY. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATE AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 2.5
  INCHES OF RAIN WITH THE STORMS JUST EAST OF ST. DAVID. IN
  ADDITION...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER 6 MILES EAST OF ST. DAVID
  REPORTED 1.64 INCHES OF RAIN IN 25 MINUTES. AN AUTOMATED GAUGE
