* AT 806 PM MST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS
  PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN COCHISE COUNTY...
  ESPECIALLY INTO THE HEREFORD AND SIERRA VISTA AREA. A TRAINED
  WEATHER SPOTTER IN THE SIERRA VISTA AREA REPORTED 2 INCHES OF RAIN
  IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR AND THE RAIN WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THIS
  AREA FOR ANOTHER HOUR OR SO. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATE
  AMOUNTS OF NEARLY 2 INCHES WITH THESE STORMS. FLASH FLOODING IS
