  SOUTHEASTERN DELAWARE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT
    
* AT 1201 AM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG LOW LEVEL
  ROTATION THAT COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME WAS LOCATED OVER
  KANSAS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
