* AT 243 AM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 8 MILES SOUTH OF PANAMA CITY BEACH...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
