* UNTIL 315 PM CDT

* AT 107 PM CDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS ONGOING ACROSS PORTIONS OF
  GENEVA AND HOUSTON COUNTIES AND RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO HEAVY
  RAINFALL CONTINUING. ALTHOUGH RAINFALL WILL GRADUALLY START TO
  DECREASE FROM WEST TO EAST...IT WILL TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR THE
  FLOODING TO SUBSIDE. FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE
  MID AFTERNOON HOURS. THIS WARNING EXTENDS THE PREVIOUS WARNING FOR
