  NORTHWESTERN RED RIVER COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 930 PM CDT
    
* AT 843 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO
  WAS LOCATED NEAR BLOSSOM...OR 13 MILES EAST OF PARIS...MOVING EAST AT
  30 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.
