  INTERSTATE 44 NORTHWARD TO ALONG THE MARIES COUNTY BORDER. UP TO
  TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN WEST AND NORTHEAST OF
  ROLLAAND FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
