  CENTRAL AND EASTERN CARTERET COUNTY IN EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA...

* UNTIL 1130 PM EDT

* AT 955 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. 5 TO 8 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN...AND ADDITIONAL
  VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL SPREAD NORTH ACROSS THE AREA. FLASH FLOODING
  IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  CEDAR ISLAND. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
