* AT 400 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
  ALREADY FALLEN. 

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  SHELBINA...CLARENCE...SHELBYVILLE...MAUD...BETHEL AND LEONARD.
