  A FEW ROADS WERE IMPASSABLE DUE TO FLOODING FROM THE HEAVY RAIN
  THAT FELL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA THIS MORNING.  HIGHWAY 36
  SOUTHWEST OF SHELBINA AND MISSOURI HIGHWAY K AND MISSOURI 151
  NORTH OF CLARENCE ARE CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS
  ALREADY OCCURRING.
