* AT 744 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 13 MILES WEST OF ARTHUR...MOVING EAST AT 25
  MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
