warning for the following rivers in Illinois...

  Embarras River at Lawrenceville affecting Lawrence County

.Rainfall today over southeast Illinois ranged from one half to locally
one inch. Additional rainfall up to one inch will be possible from 
tonight through the day on Monday with locally higher amounts possible
which will bring river levels in Lawrenceville to flood stage by
tomorrow evening. 

The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil 
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.
