warning for the following rivers in Illinois...

  Little Wabash River near Clay City affecting Clay and Richland 
  Counties

.Synopsis...Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain expected this afternoon
through Thursday evening will cause the Little Wabash River at Clay
City to rise above flood stage around noon on Thursday.

The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil 
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

Persons with interests along this river need to prepare for flooding.
