* AT 853 PM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER LYNCHBURG...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
