TORNADO WAS LOCATED 5 MILES EAST OF ARRIBA...OR 6 MILES WEST OF
FLAGLER... MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
HAZARD...TORNADO AND HAIL UP TO TWO INCHES IN DIAMETER.
