* UNTIL 445 AM CDT

* AT 151 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO
  BEGIN SHORTLY.

RADAR ESTIMATES OVER THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN A NARROW
BAND ALONG THE REPUBLICAN RIVER OVER THE LAST SEVERAL HOURS WITH
