* UNTIL 1045 PM CDT
    
* AT 1010 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER KNOLLWOOD...OR NEAR DENISON...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL. 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF
           PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR HOWE. 

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
