The Flood Warning continues for
  The Conasauga River near Eton.
* Until Thursday evening.
* At 9 PM Wednesday the stage was 12.5 feet...and rising.
* Minor flooding is occurring...and Minor flooding is forecast to 
  continue.
* Flood stage is 12 feet.
* The river will continue rising...reaching near 12.8 feet Thursday 
  morning before beginning to fall. The river will fall below flood 
  stage by early Thursday evening.
* At 12 feet...Minor flooding of woodlands...pastures and fields 
  occurs along the river...upstream and downstream from the gage on 
  Georgia Highway 286...or Dawnville Road.

  The Coahulla Creek near Keiths Mill near Dalton.
* Until Saturday morning.
* At 930 PM Wednesday the stage was 19.1 feet...and nearly steady.
* Minor flooding is occurring...and Minor flooding is forecast to 
  continue.
* Flood stage is 16 feet.
* The creek will remain nearly steady through Thursday evening before 
  beginning to fall. the creek is expected to drop below flood stage 
  by early Saturday morning.
* Between 19 and 20 feet...Minor flooding continues in the pastures...
  fields and woodlands upstream and downstream from the Keiths Mill 
  Road bridge. Some areas will be under 3 to 4 feet of water.

* Between 15 and 18 feet...Bankfull conditions occur along the 
  river upstream and downstream from the gage on the Brackett Ridge 
  Road bridge.

  For the Chattooga River near Summerville.
* Until Thursday afternoon.
* At 945 PM Wednesday the stage was 16.9 feet...and nearly steady.
* Minor flooding is occurring...and Minor flooding is forecast to 
  continue.
* Flood stage is 14 feet.
* The river will begin fall by early Thursday morning...dropping below 
  flood stage by Thursday afternoon.
* Between 16 and 17 feet...Minor flooding continues in the woodlands 
  and fields along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on 
  U.S. Highway 27 or Rome Boulevard. Water approaches the low portions 
  of the parking lot by the river at Mount Vernon Mills in Trion and 
  portions of Lyerly Dam Road near Lyerly.

* At 945 PM Wednesday the stage was 21.9 feet...and rising.
* Minor flooding is occurring...and minor flooding is expected to 
  continue.
* Flood stage is 21 feet.
* At 21 feet...Minor flooding occurs in the woodlands...fields and 
  pastures upstream and downstream from the gage behind the water 
  treatment plant off Mauldin Road. The boat ramp and portions of a 
  small parking lot on the upstream and right bank side of the 
  Georgia Highway 136 Connector will be under water.

  below flood stage by Thursday afternoon.
* Between 21 and 23 feet...Minor flooding continues in the woodlands...
  fields and pastures along the creek upstream and downstream from the

* This takes affect immediately.
* Until Thursday morning.
* At 945 PM Wednesday the stage was 23.9 feet...and slowly rising.
* Flood stage is 25 feet.
* The river will begin to fall by early Thursday morning and is no 
  longer expected to reach flood stage.
* Between 22 and 24 feet...Bankfull conditions continue along the 
  river upstream and downstream from the gage on the Turner McCall 
  bridge...or U.S. Highway 27. The Heritage Park Rome Greenway is 
  flooded and a drainage valve must be closed at the Second Avenue 
  and Avenue A Pump station outfalls. Some arfeas of the greenway 
  will have water 2 to 4 feet deep and The drainage valves may need 
  to be closed at the American Legion and Police Station Outfalls.

* At 945 PM Wednesday the stage was 26.1 feet...and rising.
* Minor flooding is occurring...and minor flooding is expected to 
  continue.
* Flood stage is 24 feet.
* At 26 feet...Minor flooding continues in the woodlands...fields 
  and pastures along the river upstream and downstream from the gage 
  on the old Lock and Dam behind the Trading Post. The boat ramp will
  be completely under water at Lock and Dam park.
