UPSTREAM SHORTWAVE WILL QUICKLY DROP SOUTHEAST AND SPREAD LOW TO MID LEVEL CLOUDS ACROSS THE REGION TOWARD 12Z. MODELS CONTINUE WITH LOW CONFIDENCE ON EXTENT OF SATURATION. THE KEY TO THIS WOULD BE WHETHER BETTER MOISTURE WILL BE AVAILABLE. BLOWING SNOW IS ALSO LIKELY JUST HOW MUCH IS ALSO IN QUESTION. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR IN LESS POPULATED/OPEN AREAS BUT THE RECENT WARMER TEMPS FOLLOWED BY A FREEZE HAS FORMED A CRUST ON THE SNOW.
