* AT 706 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 8 MILES NORTHEAST
  OF OGALLAH...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

  HAZARD...GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL AND 60 MPH WIND GUSTS.
