* AT 653 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR CHADRON...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND HAIL UP TO TWO INCHES IN DIAMETER.
