  WESTERN KLEBERG COUNTY IN SOUTHERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 715 PM CDT
    
* AT 651 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO
  WAS LOCATED NEAR RICARDO...OR 8 MILES SOUTH OF KINGSVILLE...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND HAIL UP TO TWO INCHES IN DIAMETER.
