AT 448 AM EST...A NEARLY STATIONARY BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW
PRODUCING SNOW FALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR EXTENDED ACROSS
CENTRAL OSWEGO COUNTY. THIS SNOW BAND WILL CONTINUE TO REMAIN NEARLY
STATIONARY EARLY THIS MORNING WITH SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATIONS LIKELY
WITHIN THE MOST PERSISTENT SNOWS.

OSWEGO...MEXICO POINT STATE PARK...NINE MILE POINT...HASTINGS...
