* AT 330 PM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO
  WAS LOCATED NEAR EMORY...OR 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF MINEOLA...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
