* AT 422 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 7 MILES EAST OF CAMPO...OR 21 MILES SOUTHEAST
  OF SPRINGFIELD...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.
