AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUING ACROSS SOUTHERN RANDOLPH
COUNTY. THIS RAIN IF FALLING ON ALREADY SATURATED GROUND AND WILL
QUICKLY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.
