  NORTHWESTERN RANDOLPH COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS...
  SOUTHERN ST. CLAIR COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS...

* UNTIL 300 PM CDT FRIDAY

* AT 858 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR
  ESTIMATES THAT WIDESPREAD 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ON
  GROUND THAT IS ALREADY SATURATED FROM PREVIOUS DAYS RAINFALL.  
  RADAR ALSO INDICATES THAT ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE
  TO MOVE INTO THE WARNED AREA FROM THE SOUTH OVER THE NEXT 1 TO 2 
  HOURS. AUTOMATED RIVER GAUGES ARE SHOWING RISES IN LOCAL CREEKS AND
  RIVERS.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
