CENTRAL MADISON COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA... HAMILTON COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA... SOUTHERN TIPTON COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA... * UNTIL 430 AM EDT SATURDAY * AT 1019 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA IN THE LAST THREE HOURS AND ANOTHER INCH IS POSSIBLE. * RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR.
