* AT 650 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A 
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER SPARLAND...NEAR LACON...MOVING EAST AT 30 
  MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL.

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
