* AT 434 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR CARTHAGE...OR 22 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LAKE
  THOMPSON STATE RECREATION AREA...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.
