  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHWEST
  GEORGIA FROM LATE THIS MORNING THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON. TWO TO
  THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA
  OVERNIGHT... AND ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT 2
