KARNES COUNTIES HAS EXPIRED...

THE RAIN HAS ENDED...AND FLASH FLOODING IS NO LONGER EXPECTED TO 
POSE A THREAT. HOWEVER...NUMEROUS SMALL STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS 
REMAIN IN FLOOD FROM RAINS UP TO 4 INCHES THAT FELL OVER THE LAST 
FEW HOURS. THE WARNING HAS BEEN REPLACED BY AN URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY UNTIL 230 AM CDT. NUMEROUS SMALL STREAMS AND 
LOW LYING AREAS WILL REMAIN IN FLOOD FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS. THIS IS 
IN ADDITION TO THE ONGOING RIVER FLOODING DUE TO RAINS OVER THE LAST 
SEVERAL DAYS.
