* UNTIL 815 PM CDT
    
* AT 718 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR ANDALUSIA...OR 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ROCK
  ISLAND...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
