  NORTHWESTERN MADISON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL IOWA...
  SOUTHEASTERN DALLAS COUNTY IN CENTRAL IOWA...

* UNTIL 315 PM CST
    
* AT 259 PM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF WINTERSET...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 60 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO. 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. 

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
