  NORTH CENTRAL SCOTT COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 445 PM CST
    
* AT 429 PM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 6 MILES NORTH OF SCOTT CITY...MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 50 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND HALF DOLLAR SIZE HAIL. 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. 

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
