  HOLMES COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF FLORIDA...
  NORTHERN WALTON COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF FLORIDA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF DE FUNIAK SPRINGS...

* UNTIL 300 AM CST

* AT 1151 PM CST...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS DETECTED FLASH   
FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA. THE NATIONAL 
WEATHER SERVICE HAS DETECTED FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER 
THE WARNED AREA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN PARTS OF WALTON COUNTY HAVE 
QUICKLY ACCUMULATED TO BETWEEN 3 AND 5.5 INCHES DURING THE PAST FEW 
HOURS. WHILE A BRIEF LULL IN THE RAIN MAY OCCUR SHORTLY...ADDITIONAL 
HEAVY RAINFALL IS ALREADY DEVELOPING TO THE SOUTHWEST OF WALTON 
COUNTY...AND THIS IS POISED TO ADD ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS INTO 
WALTON AND HOLMES COUNTIES DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS. STORM TOTAL 
AMOUNTS BY 3 AM CST COULD RANGE FROM 6 TO 9 INCHES IN SOME 
AREAS...POSSIBLY CREATING LIFE THREATENING SITUATIONS. IF THIS 
OCCURS...AN UPGRADE TO A FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY WILL BE LIKELY.
