  EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY IN UTAH...

* UNTIL 715 PM MDT
    
* AT 416 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN OVER ZION NATIONAL PARK.  THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY OVER 
  THE PARK CONTINUES TO PRODUCE RAINFALL AMOUNTS NEAR AN INCH IN A 
  VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.  

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  ZION NATIONAL PARK...SPRINGDALE AND ROCKVILLE.

EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY...

AT 623 PM MDT...FLASH FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN ZION NATIONAL 
PARK DUE TO INTENSE RAINFALL.  FLOODING HAS IMPACTED BIRCH CREEK AND 
OTHER DRAINAGES ON THE SOUTHERN END OF THE PARK.

RAINFALL IN THE AREA HAS DIMINISHED AND IT IS ANTICIPATED THE FLOWS 
WILL RECEDE BY THE LATE EVENING HOURS.
