  HEAVY RAIN OVER THE SEELEY BURN SCAR NORTH OF HUNTINGTON.

* IT IS REPORTED THAT WATER AND DEBRIS ARE FLOWING OVER SR31 IN 
  HUNTINGTON CANYON. ADDITIONAL RAIN IS EXPECTED IN THE CANYON AND
