* UNTIL 430 PM CDT

* AT 134 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS NORTHERN
  POPE COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3
  INCHES PER HOUR HAVE BEEN OCCURRING FROM NEAR HANCOCK NORTHEAST TO
  GLENWOOD. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  GLENWOOD AND LAKE MINNEWASKA.
