* AT 439 PM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR BROWNSTOWN...AND MOVING EAST AT 55 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.

  IMPACT...MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE TO
