* AT 332 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE      
  WARNED AREA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 5 INCHES HAS FALLEN     
  NEAR ST. PAUL...WITH THREE INCHES REPORTED IN OFALLON.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...LAKE
