* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  ESTILL COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY...
  POWELL COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY...

* UNTIL 1230 PM EDT

* AT 1205 PM EDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 6 MILES NORTH OF HARRIS FERRY...AND MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND PING PONG BALL SIZE HAIL.

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
           SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE
