* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN VERMILLION COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA...

* UNTIL 1130 PM EDT

* AT 828 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR  
  ESTIMATES 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN SINCE 545 PM EDT ALONG THE         
  ILLINOIS-INDIANA BORDER WEST OF NEWPORT AND CAYUGA. AN ADDITIONAL  
  1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED AREA THROUGH 10 PM.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...

CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY.
