  WESTERN BEDFORD COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...
  SOUTH CENTRAL CAMBRIA COUNTY IN CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...
  EASTERN SOMERSET COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 715 PM EDT

* AT 421 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN ACROSS 
  SOUTHEAST SOMERSET COUNTY EXTENDING INTO NORTHWEST BEDFORD AND 
  SOUTH CENTRAL CAMBRIA COUNTY. THESE AREAS RECEIVED 2 TO 3 INCHES 
  OF RAINFALL OVERNIGHT...AND HAVE SEEN UP TO AN INCH OR MORE OF 
  RAIN SO FAR. AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN ARE EXPECTED 
  ACROSS MANY PARTS OF THE WARNING AREA THROUGH 630 PM. FLASH 
  FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
