* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN PERRY COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...
  SOUTHWESTERN JUNIATA COUNTY IN CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 545 PM EDT

* AT 251 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN OVER MUCH OF 
  WEST CENTRAL FRANKLIN COUNTY...WITH UP TO TWO INCHES HAVING FALLEN 
  OVER THE PAST 90 MINUTES. SHOWERS ARE CONTINUALLY TRAINING OVER 
  THE SAME AREAS...GREATLY INCREASING THE FLOODING THREAT. THIS 
  HEAVY RAINFALL IN ADDITION TO NEAR SATURATED SOILS FROM HEAVY 
  RAINFALL WHICH FELL OVERNIGHT WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OVER THE 
  WARNING AREA. 
  
  FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY. KNOW YOUR RELATION TO
  SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS AND SEEK HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
