IN TAUNTON...A CAR WAS STUCK IN FLOODING ON FOREST STREET WHERE 
WATER WAS UP TO THE CAR DOORS. PART OF COUNTY STREET AND INGELL 
STREET AT COUNTY STREET WAS CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING.
