* UNTIL 615 PM CDT

* AT 551 PM CDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD 
BETWEEN SLAPOUT AND ELMWOOD ON HIGHWAY 270. DOPPLER RADAR ALSO 
INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.  
THIS DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS LOCATED 10 MILES WEST OF SLAPOUT...OR 19 
MILES SOUTHEAST OF BEAVER. DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THIS SEVERE STORM 
MOVING SOUTH AT 10 MPH. IN ADDITION TO THE TORNADO...THIS STORM IS 
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE DAMAGING HAIL UP TO HEN EGG SIZE.
