  SOUTHEASTERN DICKINSON COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 545 PM CDT

* AT 505 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR TAMPA...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

  HAZARD...DEVELOPING TORNADO AND PING PONG BALL SIZE HAIL.

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.

  IMPACT...MOBILE HOMES WILL BE HEAVILY DAMAGED OR DESTROYED.
           SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO ROOFS...WINDOWS AND VEHICLES WILL
